We’re so excited you chose our new Baguette Bag! We poured so much love into this design, and we can’t wait to see how you style it. Here's a little guide on the ETA and shipping guidelines: 

When will your order ship?
For on-hand orders: Packing of orders start on February 13 (thursday) followed by dispatch on February 15 (saturday) and will be staggered over the following days.

This is when we’ll hand your package to our courier, and shipping times will start from then. You may check delivery timelines here.

Can I get same-day delivery?

Pre-Order Guide

Availability & Shipping Details

Since our products are handmade in small batches, they can sell out quickly. Here’s how to check if your item is ready to ship or for pre-order:

On-Hand: No “pre-order” label – ships immediately.
Pre-Order: Labeled as “pre-order” beside the product title – ships by the Estimated Dispatch Date (ETD) in the product description.

Ordering Multiple Items?
If your order includes both on-hand and pre-order items, we’ll wait until all items are ready and ship them together.

  • If your order includes multiple bags, and one of them is for pre-order, we will wait until all items are available and ship them together.

IMPORTANT: How to Check ETD & ETA

  1. Find Your Order Details: Check the email with the subject “Order #xxxx confirmed, thank you!” for your order date and item breakdown.
  2. Check the Table Below: Match your order date and product with the first two columns to find the ETD (when it will leave our warehouse).
  3. Estimate Arrival: Shipping times depend on your location. You can check delivery timelines here.

Product Care Guide

Avoid Dark-Colored Materials & Denim:
To keep your bags looking their best, we recommend avoiding contact with denim or other dark materials, as they may transfer color and cause stains.

Avoid Chemicals:
Keep your bag away from alcohol and harsh chemicals. Exposing it to such may cause stains on the bag. If exposed, use some oil-based cleanser and gently wipe on the affected area.

Gentle Cleaning:
For leather:
Use a damp cloth for a gentle wipe-down. Nothing too harsh!
For tougher stains, use an oil based cleanser and wipe gently.

For suede:
Keep it dry and use a soft, dry cloth or suede brush to clean it up.

Storage:
When not in use, give your bag a break in a cool, dry spot away from any humidity.
