When will my order be shipped out?

What are your shipping options?

- Note: We do not pack orders on Sundays & holidays
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
- Processing time: All orders, whether for pick-up or delivery — take 1–2 days to process and pack before handing off to the courier. Kindly expect possible delays due to the holiday rush.
- Once an order has been handed over, delivery timelines and rider assignment are managed by the courier and may vary depending on rider availability, weather, peak periods, and location
- For pick up:
- Pick-up details are sent 2-3 days after order date unless otherwise stated
- Buyers arrange their own pick-up either through a 3rd party courier or self pick-up
- For delivery, we ship with GogoXpress (GGX), Lalamove (for orders with more than 1 bag within metro manila), and LBC (for areas not covered by GGX) unless otherwise stated.
- Metro Manila: 1-5 days (excluding Sundays and holidays)
- Provincial: 3-12 days (excluding Sundays and holidays)
- Note: Shipping timeline is slightly longer than usual as we pack first then that's when we turn it over to the courier. There may be occasional delays due to a surge in order volume.
