Availability & Shipping Details

Since our products are handmade in small batches, they can sell out quickly. Here’s how to check if your item is ready to ship or for pre-order:

• On-Hand: No “Pre-order” label – ships immediately.
• Pre-Order: Labeled as “pre-order” – ships by the Estimated Dispatch Date (ETD) below.

Ordering Multiple Items?

If your order includes both on-hand and pre-order items, we’ll wait until all items are ready and ship them together.

• If your order includes multiple bags, and one of them is for pre-order, we will wait until all items are available and ship them together.

For Personalized Compact Mirror & Brush

We're implementing a shipping schedule for the personalized Compact Mirror and Brush, as laser engraving takes time and will be done in batches to ensure efficiency.

• If you ordered a bag along with the mirror, both items will be shipped together. If you need the bag earlier, we recommend placing separate orders for each item.

How to Check ETD & ETA

1. Find Your Order Details

Check the email with the subject “Order #xxxx confirmed, thank you!” for your order date and item breakdown.

2. Check the Table Below

Match your order date and product with the first two columns to find the ETD (when it will leave our warehouse).

3. Estimate Arrival

Shipping times depend on your location, but will start on the declared ETD. You can check delivery timelines in our Shipping & Delivery page. We kindly ask for your patience in case of a possible delay of around ±1 week.
