📩 on dm schedule:
in observance of the holidays, starting december 22, replies may take a bit longer than usual (within 24-48 hours), but we’ll do our best to get back to you as quickly as possible!

📅 on dm break:
we’ll be taking a break on december 24-25, 31, & january 1 — replies will resume afterwards!

📍 on pick-ups:
for faster fulfillment, we recommend choosing pick-up for your orders — same-day & rush orders will be paused unless stated otherwise.

for existing orders that are ready for pick up, you may pick up within the hours stated in the email confirmation, excluding holidays.

Our products may sell out quickly since they're handmade & produced in small batches. Here's a quick tip to know if what you want is available now or for pre-order:

On-Hand: No "pre-order" label; available for immediate shipping.

Pre-Order: Labeled as "pre-order" beside the product title; ships by the ETA in the description (+/- 1 week).

• If your order includes multiple bags, and one of them is for pre-order, we will wait until all items are available and ship them together.

IMPORTANT NOTE - How to know the ETA of your order:

1. Retrieve your order details (order date & breakdown of order) from the email with subject “Order #xxxx, confirmed, thank you!”
2. Once you have this information, align these details with the 1st & 2nd column below then check the ETA in the 3rd column

Avoid Dark-Colored Materials & Denim:
To keep your bags looking their best, we recommend avoiding contact with denim or other dark materials, as they may transfer color and cause stains.

Avoid Chemicals:
Keep your bag away from alcohol and harsh chemicals. Exposing it to such may cause stains on the bag. If exposed, use some oil-based cleanser and gently wipe on the affected area.

Gentle Cleaning:
For leather:
Use a damp cloth for a gentle wipe-down. Nothing too harsh!
For tougher stains, use an oil based cleanser and wipe gently.

For suede:
Keep it dry and use a soft, dry cloth or suede brush to clean it up.

Storage:
When not in use, give your bag a break in a cool, dry spot away from any humidity.
