Product Care Guide

Avoid Dark-Colored Materials & Denim:
To keep your bags looking their best, we recommend avoiding contact with denim or other dark materials, as they may transfer color and cause stains.

Avoid Chemicals:
Keep your bag away from alcohol and harsh chemicals. Exposing it to such may cause stains on the bag. If exposed, use some oil-based cleanser and gently wipe on the affected area.

Gentle Cleaning:
For leather:

  • Use a damp cloth for a gentle wipe-down. Nothing too harsh!
  • For tougher stains, use an oil based cleanser and wipe gently.

    For suede:
  • Always keep it dry — water can leave marks.
  • Brush gently with a suede brush or soft, dry cloth to lift dirt and restore texture.
  • For light stains, try a suede eraser or a clean pencil eraser.

For nylon:

  • Mix mild soap with water, dip a cloth or soft brush, and gently scrub the stained area. Avoid harsh chemicals.
  • Wipe off any soap residue with a clean damp cloth, then pat dry with a towel.
  • Let the bag dry in a cool, shaded area. Avoid direct sunlight or heat to prevent fading.

For lining:

  • Pull the canvas lining gently out so it’s exposed and fold the leather exterior away from the work area.

  • Mix lukewarm water with a drop of mild detergent; dampen (don’t soak) a microfiber cloth.

  • Spot-clean stains by dabbing—use the toothbrush for stubborn makeup or circular motions for greasy spots (sprinkle baking soda first for oil).

  • Air-dry inside-out away from direct sun and reinsert the lining only when completely dry.

On Inks & Pen Marks:
Ink and pen stains are some of the trickiest to deal with on both leather and suede, and they usually can’t be fully removed.

  • For Leather: You can try gently blotting (not rubbing) the mark with a slightly damp cloth and mild soap. If you’d like to go further, use a very small amount of oil-based cleanser on a soft cloth and test it on a hidden area first.
  • For Suede: Avoid water—this can make the stain spread. Lightly dab with a suede eraser or a clean pencil eraser. If the mark persists, it’s best to bring it to a professional cleaner.
  • For Nylon: Gently dab (don’t rub) the spot with a cotton pad dipped in rubbing alcohol or a non-acetone makeup remover. Test on a small area first to ensure it works before treating the full stain.

Tip: Always treat ink stains as quickly as possible. The longer they set, the harder they are to lift.

Storage:
When not in use, give your bag a break in a cool, dry spot away from any humidity.
Keep your bag stuffed with tissue or bubble wrap (not newspaper—it transfers ink!) to help it hold its shape.
