  • Deep interest in fashion, accessories, or product design, especially bags & footwear
  • Currently taking or recently completed a course related to Fashion Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, or similar — OR has hands-on experience developing fashion or accessory concepts
  • Strong understanding of silhouettes, proportions, hardware, and construction
  • Able to sketch concepts or clearly visualize ideas (hand sketch or digital tools such as Illustrator, Procreate, etc.)
  • Highly trend-aware but able to interpret and filter trends — not just follow them
  • Naturally generates original ideas and can explain the thinking behind them
  • Organized and able to structure ideas into clear proposals (design, function, use case, differentiation)
  • Open to critique and comfortable refining concepts

What you'll do

  • Trend & Market Research
    • Monitor emerging fashion trends across global and local brands
    • Spot early silhouettes, material shifts, and styling directions
    • Analyze competitor launches and identify white space opportunities
    • Curate organized moodboards and structured research decks
  • Product Ideation

    • Translate trends and insights into GVN-aligned ideas
    • Develop structured concept proposals that include design direction & silhouette (with actual technical drawings), function & real-life use case, target customer scenario, longevity potential, etc.
    • Think through practicality, durability, and everyday usability
  • Concept Development & Alignment
    • Refine ideas through feedback sessions with the Creative Director
    • Ensure concepts feel distinctly GVN in both look and function
    • Help build and maintain a growing internal idea bank for future launches

You’ll Thrive In This Role If:

  • You naturally screenshot products before they go viral.
  • You’ve already tried designing bags or footwear on your own — even if they were just school concepts.
  • You don’t just save trending items — you analyze why they work.
  • When you see a product, you think about structure, durability, and real-life wear.
  • You can articulate why something feels oversaturated — and what would make it fresher.
