Customer Success Associate (Part-time, flexible hours)
You’ll be the front line of the GVN experience—guiding customers through their questions, orders, and concerns with clarity, warmth, and efficiency. You’ll help keep our online operations moving smoothly, work closely with the operations team, and make sure every customer feels heard, supported, and cared for. This role is a balance of communication, problem-solving, and process, with plenty of room to learn and grow within a fast-moving brand.
What we're looking for:
- fresh grads, current college students, or individuals who are eager to learn and grow in e-commerce and have had experience in customer service
- able to commit to a near full-time schedule (roughly 9–5), without needing to be on a laptop every second, but expected to work during these hours with some flexibility for class or other commitments
- excellent english skills, professional, and a people person who enjoys talking with customers

organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple platforms and tasks at once
What you'll do:
- manage customer platforms (Instagram, Email, Shopify Inbox) and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- coordinate with the operations team to amend orders, manage shipments with 3PL partners, and handle returns and exchanges.
- complete Shopify tasks such as product uploads, order updates, and manual payment confirmations.
- track recurring concerns and share insights to help improve processes, products, and overall customer experience.
- maintain and update response templates and FAQs for clear and consistent communication.
- monitor key customer metrics and suggest tools or process improvements.
- assist during brand events and pop-ups when applicable.
- support e-commerce and sales tasks such as reporting, online promos, and platform strategy, depending on team priorities.
Brand & Creative Lead (Full-time, flexible hours)
You’ll be the creative force behind some of our biggest campaigns, shaping how the brand moves and grows through bold ideas, thoughtful storytelling, and community experiences that bring GVN to life. This role is both visionary and hands-on: you’ll lead creative direction, marketing, and PR to strengthen how GVN shows up online and offline, and deepen how our community connects with the brand.

What we're looking for:
- background in marketing, communications, or a related creative field
- 1–2 years of experience in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry — fresh grads with solid hands-on experience (internships, freelance work) are also encouraged to apply!
- strong eye for design and storytelling, with proven experience with creative shoots and campaigns
- solid understanding of social media strategy, influencer marketing, and community engagement
- can balance creative thinking with hands-on execution
- stays on top of trends and knows what resonates with the gvn audience
- proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced, growing brand
What you'll do:
- lead the creative direction for new product shoots in collaboration with the creative director — from concept decks to teaser, launch, and post-launch content plans
- oversee daily content planning & schedule to ensure consistent, on-brand posting across all platforms
- strategize and lead the content and design team in crafting cohesive visuals and storytelling, setting the creative direction grounded in data, trends, and brand goals.
- analyze weekly performance and audience insights to identify what works and refine future creative direction
- maintain and evolve the gvn brand book while exploring new content formats to keep the brand fresh and relevant
- plan and execute marketing campaigns for launches, promos, and events, including but not limited to, sales promotions, email marketing, and paid ads. work with content & design team to execute ideas
- manage influencer campaigns end to end, from planning to reporting
- maintain gvn’s pr master list and oversee product seeding and deliverables
- build and nurture strong relationships with influencers, media, and brand partners
- monitor online sentiment and identify opportunities to grow visibility and engagement
- plan and execute brand events, pop-ups and collaborations, together with the operations team
- lead & propose community-driven initiatives that strengthen engagement across platforms (e.g. telegram channels, instagram threads, etc.)
