When will your order ship?
For on-hand orders: Packing of orders start on February 13 (thursday) followed by dispatch on February 15 (saturday) and will be staggered over the following days.
This is when we’ll hand your package to our courier, and shipping times will start from then. You may check delivery timelines here.

For pre-orders: We only have limited on hand stocks. If your order is labelled as [Pre-Order] when you check-out, you may view the ETD and ETA here!
Why does packing take time?
We’ve been blown away by the number of orders (thank you so much!), and we want to make sure each one is packed with care. We also triple-check the quality to ensure you get the best!
Can I get same-day delivery?
Not right now, due to high demand—we’re sorry! We’ll bring it back once we catch up.
